A few problem from last week are now spilling ion to this one, most notably Postcoder, the system from World Addresses simply doesn’t work in IE7 and above so we have spent over £700 on development costs and have nothing to show for it. I am sending Postcoder the development bill so expect some fireworks this week.,

Having spent over 4 hours on the phone with them the Nextag and Google feeds are still not populating properly so I expect more fun and games with them as well this week. It is far from easy but the main problem is that the guy who advises on setup is never available when you want him, refuses to put his phone number on any correspondence and becomes silightly indignant when I get frustrated that after more than two weeks we are still not up and running. These companies need to be reminded occasionally who the customer is.
